Registration Policies

Please read before signing up!


Once the class schedule is posted, students should register for classes as far in advance as possible to ensure a spot in the class. There are many classes that fill up almost immediately. In the event that a class cancellation is made by the Studio for any reason, the students enrolled will be refunded the full amount of the class or the student may decide to use the payment as credit at the studio and transfer it to another class.


Canceling or Transferring a Class Registration (by student): Class registration may be canceled and a refund will be given in the form of a class credit for the total amount of the class if the cancellation is made at least 5 calendar days from the class start date (not including class start date).   However, if a cancellation is made less than 5 days from the scheduled class we will do everything we can to try and fill your spot in the class so that your payment can be credited to a future class, however we cannot guarantee this with a late cancellation.  FOR CLASSES THAT ARE MORE THAN 2 SESSIONS, INCLUDING MULTI-SESSION KIDS CLASSES AND CAMPS there is a 2 week policy to cancel a registration in a class in order to receive credit for a future class.   Otherwise, credit will only be given if that person’s spot in the class can be filled.

No refunds or makeup sessions will be given for missed classes. If you are aware that you will need to miss a class please contact studio, or if for personal reasons you need to miss– it may be possible to make up the class during a special makeup class or you may need to schedule a separate private lesson. Please contact the studio to discuss as not all classes would have the ability to have a makeup.
