Full Bust Adjustment

B-cup is not your average bra cup size – but B-cup is where most patterns fall!  So if your cup size falls above a B cup this is the class for you.  The purpose behind doing a full bust adjustment is to add fullness to the bust without affecting the fit at your shoulders and waist.  In this class you will learn how to perform an FBA and apply it to a basic style. You will then make a muslin fit sample so you can see the pattern alterations for yourself!   You will leave with a beautifully fitting pattern ready to be sewn!

Fabric – you can use any woven (non-stretch) fabric or muslin. Or if you want to get a fashion fabric to make your first sample that is okay too.  Yardage as requested by pattern.  See image attached which shows the back of the pattern envelope for yardage and sizes.
All-purpose Thread to sew the test garment
If you plan to actually sew and complete the dress you will also want to get a zipper as specified by pattern depending on your size.  If you are just making a mock-up in muslin you do not need a zipper
