Accessorize Your Room Camp
This summer, join us in revamping your bedroom while working on your sewing skills. We will be making several items for your bedroom to express your unique style, such as a bed side organizer, fabric containers, pillows and more! This camp is not for newbies. Prior experience needed. Students entering grades 1-9.
Prior sewing experience necessary. Either the Intro to Sewing Camp or class or other similar experience. For students entering grades 1-9.
1 large spool or 2 small spools of all purpose thread should be good for all projects!
Bedside Organizer –
Fabric A – 3/4 yard woven fabric for main – quilting cottons suggested or similar
Fabric B – 1/2 yard or coordinate  – quilting cottons suggested or similar
1 yard of pom pom trim or something similar to use as a trim
3/4 yard of a light to med weight fusible interfacing like Pellon 906FP
Fabric dishes/containersÂ
Fabric A – 1/2 yard – quilting cottons suggested or similar woven
Fabric B – 1/2 yard – quilting cottons suggested or similar woven
3/4 yard of a light to med weight fusible interfacing like Pellon 906FP
Pillowcase– 3/4 yard main (A), 1/4 yard for the cuff (B) – quilting cottons or similar fabric suggested
Bunting/Name Banner
1 package of double fold bias tape
Fabric A – 1/4 yard – quilting cottons suggested or similar woven
Fabric B – 1/4 yard – quilting cottons suggested or similar woven
Special Note*If student would like to use the same 2 fabrics to coordinate all their projects you will need a total of
Fabric A:Â 2.25 yards
Fabric B: 1.5 yards
Interfacing for both projects is the same, so you can just get 1.5 yards total
Do not cut into separate pieces for each project, you can just get one cut in this size instead!
