Doll Clothes for the American Girl Doll are a fun way to explore making clothes on a smaller scale! They can be just as challenging and lots of fun and a great way to use up small cuts of leftover fabric!
Skill level – depending on the clothing item beginner-advanced
Time required – varies by project
Either we pick a specific garment (pant/dress/skirt etc) or purchase several smaller cuts of fabric (could be fat quarters, or 1/4 to 1/2 yard cuts) and we just work on designing and making various things with the fabric you have during class.
Studio can provide elastic/velcro to use for these items

Supplies needed for doll clothes featured in picture from our 2024 summer camp
The dress is the most challenging of the projects so I would suggest to start with some of the other items first.
